Tianjin Binhai New Area Cultural Center Library is a large-scale main branch library which is integrated by the original Tanggu Library, Hangu Library, Dagang Library, Tanggu Children's Library and Hangu Children's Library.
Designed by the Dutch MVRDV Architectural Design Office in cooperation with the Architectural Branch of Tianjin Urban Planning and Design Institute, the design concept is "Eye of the Sea" and "Book Mountain with Road Service as the Path".
