Five prisons in history
There are many eunuchs in history who have troubled state affairs or seriously influenced history. Here are ten examples: Zhao Gao of the Qin Dynasty; Zhang Rang of the Eastern Han Dynasty; Gao Lishi and Li Jingzhong in Tang Dynasty; Wei Zhongxian, Liu Jin, Zheng He and Wang Zhen in Ming Dynasty; An Dehai and Li in Qing Dynasty: Tong Guan in Northern Song Dynasty.

Eunuchs were indispensable in every dynasty in ancient times. Eunuchs are a group with physical defects, and their social status is very low. But I don't know from which dynasty, the status of these eunuchs suddenly rose and they had great power. Just as their bodies are flawed, so are their minds. Therefore, after they came to power, they began to run amok. Most of the famous eunuchs in history were treacherous officials who brought disaster to the country and the people, and they were unstable factors that led to the collapse of the dynasty. The three most famous chaotic eunuchs are:

I. Wei Zhongxian in Ming Dynasty

Wei Zhongxian is a well-deserved leader in eunuch circles. Wei Zhongxian was born a scoundrel and illiterate. With his unique flattery, his status and power are increasing day by day. In the forty-eight years of Wanli, Wei, who was over half a century old, had a successful career and began to kill party member in Daxing's unjust prison, privately planting henchmen and claiming to be nine years old. After Ming Xizong ascended the throne, he began to gain power, which opened the curtain of the darkest eunuch dictatorship in China history.

Second, Zhao Gao in Qin Dynasty

Zhao Gao was the first eunuch prime minister in the history of China. Zhao Gao, for his own selfish interests, regardless of the people of the country, conspired with Hu Hai and Reese of Qin Ershi to tamper with the testamentary edict of Qin Shihuang, made Hu Hai a prince, and changed the testamentary edict to give the eldest sons Fu Su and Meng Tian the death penalty. Later, Hu Hai was instructed to reform the law, slaughter imperial clan and ministers, and specialize in state affairs. In the face of helpless Qin Ershi, he accused the deer of being a horse and fabricated charges to persecute ministers who did not respond.

Third, Wang Zhen in the Ming Dynasty.

Wang Zhen was the first autocratic eunuch in Ming Dynasty. He entered the palace by castration and was favored by Ming Yingzong and Zhu Qizhen. He gradually began to arrogate power, engage in cronyism and interfere in state affairs. Later, in order to establish the so-called great achievements, Wang Zhen encouraged the emperor to personally invade the leader of the Mongolian Vara Department in the Ming Dynasty. As a result, the emperor became a prisoner and ended his life.
