Chiba Prefecture was originally composed of Anfang, Shangzong and Xiazong. According to the old saying, Tianfu ordered Abauzit (bogey) to go east, making the people numb. At that time, the place where high-quality hemp was produced was called Jiangjunguo (pronounced as Jiangjunma's old saying), and the place where Aboqi lived was called Anfang. In general, people in the country call the place near the capital a general and the place far away a general. An Fangguo's "Fu" and Xia Zongguo's "General" are collectively called "Fu General".

When Yuanlaichao established the shogunate in Kamakura, the Chiba family was already boasting about its influence in the world. During the Warring States Period, the Li Jian family was very powerful. When Tokugawa Ieyasu established the shogunate in Edo, the chief housekeeper was taken seriously as the foot of its capital and became the direct jurisdiction of the shogunate or the territory of nearby ministers. At that time, Francisco's territory was very small, and Sakura Francisco was the largest pan.

In the fourth year of Meiji (187 1), 24 counties including Guanshan County and Shiori Sakura County were born. Later, the area around Shangzong and Anfang became Kisarazu County, and the area around Xiazong became Fan Yin County.

Chibaho Castle
