Humanistic historical endowment
Unbalanced regional economic development is a universal law. This is because the socio-economic system itself is an unbalanced system. Due to the differences in geographical location, ecological environment, natural resources and human history, the initial condition for development between different regions is unbalanced reform and opening up. In order to accelerate economic development, China has also chosen the unbalanced development strategy. The establishment of special economic zones and coastal open cities has made the eastern coast take the lead in development, and its demonstration and driving role is enormous. It can be said that the unbalanced development strategy has played a vital role in the economic rise of China. The cumulative effect of unbalanced development promotes the scale and intensification of the economy, which in turn improves the return on investment, regional competitiveness and development vitality, thus in turn strengthening unbalanced development. The two complement each other and promote sustained and accelerated economic development. China's regional unbalanced development strategy is to choose the eastern coastal areas as a breakthrough, giving priority to the economic development of the eastern coastal areas, thus promoting the economic development of the central and western regions and developing and strengthening the socialist economy. There are very reasonable reasons for this model. As far as the coastal areas are concerned, the overall development of Fujian is still relatively backward, so we think that Fujian Province should adhere to unbalanced development and there is still room for improvement in its economic level. The imbalance of regional development in Fujian province determines that it is necessary to broaden the cooperation between mountains and seas; Fujian's unique geographical position requires it to actively participate in the regional division of labor and cooperation between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and has made great progress in the construction of exit channels, industrial extension and docking, and expansion of border trade. At the same time, actively participate in the western development and strive to promote the close cooperation and coordinated development of inter-provincial and regional economies. Fujian's advantages in opening to the outside world require attracting more and better foreign investment, further expanding trade in goods and services, and comprehensively improving the quality and level of opening to the outside world. The three strategic channels are the channel for the flow and allocation of production factors, the channel for industrial extension, the channel for supporting land transportation, water transportation and air transportation, the channel for accelerating urbanization and the channel for cultural exchange. The three strategic channels are a unified whole, covering the whole province, integrating, contacting and promoting each other. Constructing three strategic channels is of great strategic significance for fully implementing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way proposed by the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accelerating regional development and realizing a new leap.
