There are many bridges in history, such as Zhao Zhouqiao in the Millennium, Gongcheng Bridge and Yongning Bridge in Hangzhou, but there is another bridge in my hometown called Shendang Bridge.
It has a history of more than 300 years and spans the Yanjiatang River. It has three stone caves, 48 meters long and 5 meters wide, and the bridge height is 12 meters. It is four stories high, with 43 stone steps on both sides and stone chairs on both sides of the bridge. You are for pedestrians to rest. There are lions in the four corners, some smiling with the ball in their front paws, some biting the ball with their mouths open, some squatting and sighing, and some standing up slightly and looking at the river. There is a small hole next to the lion, which is used to insert the pillars of the pavilion.
The Millennium ancient bridge is not only the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancient working people, but also the witness of the ancient history of Shen Dang. It has experienced many wars, but it still stands on the river.
