Don't tolerate other people's stories
Zeng Guofan and Zuo were both important ministers in the late Qing Dynasty. Both of them are very famous, and the court generally called them "Zeng Zuo".

Zeng Guofan was older than Zuo, and he was promoted to Zuo. However, Zuo was very conceited and never took Zeng Guofan seriously.

On one occasion, Zuo Tang Zong asked his attendants discontentedly, "Why is everyone called' Zeng Zuo' instead of' Zuo Zeng'?"

An attendant boldly said, "Ceng Gong always has a Zuo Gong in his eyes, but there is no Ceng Gong in Zuo Gong's eyes."

The words of the attendants made Zuo think deeply for a long time.
