The four ancient towns in this area are Daodi Town, Kaiping Town, Shu Zhen Town and Hazelnut Town.

1. Daodi Town: This town is one of the four famous towns in Guluanzhou, Hebei Province, China, and now belongs to lunan district, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China. In the Spring and Autumn Period, there were people here. During the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, paddy fields were widely opened, hence the name "paddy fields". During the Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty, after the town was built, there were many rice shops and businesses flourished, forming a big town. Nowadays, the ancient buildings in the town can't be found because of their age and earthquake damage. Only two pairs of Qing Dynasty stone lions stand by the bridge.
