Shanghai is one of the famous historical and cultural cities in China. Shanghai occupies an important position in the modern history of China, and many major historical events took place in Shanghai. So, the last day of the meeting was held on a yacht in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. After discussion, the Congress adopted the first program and resolution of the China Producers' Party and elected the Party's leading body, the Central Bureau.

The first congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) announced the formal establishment of China Producers' Party.
