Samabhati: also translated as Samabhati, Samabhati, Samabhati, meaning "wait, accept or be positive". It refers to the equal and peaceful stage that the body and mind receive through fixed power during meditation. Samadhi refers to a state of physical and mental peace, that is, samadhi state.
If you want to know how sweet sugar is, you have to taste it yourself. You should know the boundary between stability and instability, and you should practice it yourself. So how do we make a decision? Send you a sentence from the Shurangama Sutra, saying, "Taking the heart is a precept, because of abstinence from life, and because of wisdom, it is said that there is no omission in the third." Learn to grasp the precepts of the heart first, and keep them regularly, and you will naturally accumulate concentration. Because the accumulation of concentration will naturally achieve your own wisdom.
Who else can be a monk? Therefore, it should be based on Buddhist scriptures. Practice according to the path indicated by Buddhist scriptures, and you will naturally understand the truth of Buddhist scriptures when practicing. The real Buddhist scriptures are actually written, but we don't fully understand them. So keep practicing.
