From the Western Han Dynasty (BC 107) to the 14th year of the Republic of China (BC 1925), it was the seat of the county government. In the fourth year of Emperor Taizu of Liao Dynasty (9 19), Qidan destroyed the Bohai Sea, immigrated to southern Liaoning, set up Fuzhou, and then played Fuzhou. 1985, merger of villages and towns, called Fuzhou Town. By June 2020, Fuzhou Town will have two communities, 14 administrative villages and 1 village-level administrative units.

Fuzhou town is high in the east and low in the west, high in the north and low in the south. The terrain is semi-hilly and semi-flat. Fulongshan is the barrier to the north of the town, which runs east and west; Daling Mountain runs from north to south, and the western part is hilly area. Laoyueshan is the highest point in this town, with an altitude of 232.8 meters, which runs from east to west and passes through the middle. Jiulong Mountain runs east-west, located on the north bank of Fuzhou River.

hydrology
The main rivers in Fuzhou town are Fuzhou River and Pearl River. Fuzhou River is the largest river in its jurisdiction. It originated in Tangtun, Yi Tong Street, Pulandian District, and passed through Songshu Town, Delis Town, Zhu Hua Street and Taiyang Street to this town. From northeast to southwest, it is the boundary river between this town and Yangjiaman Township.
The domestic flow is long 14.5km, the riverbed width is 100 ~ 300m, the water depth is 6m in flood season, and the maximum flow is 1850m3/s: the maximum flow is 3.6m/s. The Pearl River is the second largest river in the jurisdiction. Originated in Xiping Mountain, Tuoshan Township, it turns from northwest to southeast, then to southwest, and joins Fuzhou River in the south of Dongwa Village. The domestic flow length is 1 1.3 km, and the riverbed is 50-60 meters wide. Generally, the water flows continuously all year round.
