Fan Ju (former? -255), also known as Fan Qi, was a famous politician and strategist in Ren Wei (now Kaifeng, Henan) during the Warring States Period. In the first 266 years, Qin Xiang was appointed as Ying (now Baofeng, Henan Province) and called Ying Hou.
