Gen 4: 1 One day, the man lay with his wife Eve, and Eve became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, "God gave me a man."
Gen 4:2 And she gave birth to Abel, Cain's brother. Abel was a shepherd and Cain was a farmer.
Gen 4:25 Adam lay with his wife again, and she gave birth to a son named Seth, saying, God will give me another son instead of Abel, because Cain killed him.
Gen 4:26 Seth also gave birth to a son and named him Enos. At that time, people called on the name of the Lord.
The sons of Eve and Adam are Cain, Abel and Seth.
One day Cain offered the produce of the field as an offering to the Lord. Abel also offered the firstborn of his flock and the fat of the sheep. The Lord saw Abel and his offering, but not Cain and his offering. Cain was very angry and his face changed. Another day, while they were in the field, Cain got up and beat his brother Abel and killed him. Cain became the first murderer in human history.
