The legacy of Wuhou in the Three Kingdoms period opened the historical story of Pu 'er tea on the 23rd day of July in the lunar calendar more than 700 years ago. "There is a tea king tree in Chashan, which is bigger than the five mountains. It is the legacy of this Wuhou and has been worshipped by the people so far. " (Tan Cui, Zhi Heng, Yuhai, Yunnan). Wuhou is Zhuge Liang's Kong Ming. According to legend, he went south in 225 AD and now lives in Nannuo Mountain, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. In his model, he once mentioned that "crossing Lugu River in May ... is barren", which is a record of entering southern Yunnan. Whether Mr. Kong Ming really planted Pu 'er tea trees when he arrived at Nannuo Mountain, and it has been passed down to this day, and there is no way to verify it. However, the Jinuo people, one of the local brothers, are convinced that it is a fact that Wuhou planted tea trees, which has been passed down from generation to generation and worshipped Mr. Kongming as "tea phase" every year.
1988 12 16 The third edition of Yunnan Daily records that Zhuge Liang passed by Nantang Mountain in Menghai during the Three Kingdoms period, and the soldiers became ill because of acclimatization. Kong Ming planted his hand on the hill of Shitouzhai, and it turned into a tea tree with leaves. The soldiers picked the leaves to boil water and got sick. It is also said that there is a shadowless tree mountain in the southeast of Pu 'er County, and its Mangzhi Mountain is the place where Kongming put his arrow. There is a wind worship platform on the mountain, and there is big tea on the mountain, which is the legacy of Wuhou and worshipped by Yi people. It is also said that Youle Mountain, one of the six major tea mountains in Yunnan, is also called Kongming. Every year on July 23rd of the lunar calendar, local residents will hold a lantern show to commemorate Kongming's birthday, which is called "Tea Ancestors' Meeting". These are all rumors, but when there is no official record of Pu 'er tea, it is good to rely on it!
