After the snow, the Xiangshan Mountain is wrapped in silver, and the scenery is particularly charming. Qianlong climbed a big stone halfway up the mountain and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Qing Dynasty, making him feel more comfortable. At this time, Minister Liu Yong said that the scenery here is beautiful, but the name is a bit vulgar, because the snow is all accumulated together.
Gan Long nodded and asked him to give a new name. The clever "Liu" didn't dare to say much in front of the emperor, just asking the emperor to give him a name. Qianlong thought for a long time and said it was called "Xiangshan Chun Xue", but he felt bad and couldn't think of anything else, so he had to go back to the palace.

March in the spring is a good time to enjoy flowers. Emperor Qianlong, who always likes to travel, came to Xiangshan together with his ministers Ji Xiaolan and Liu Yong. When they passed Wanshou Mountain, they saw a piece of white around Xiangshan in the distance, much like the coverage of Chun Xue, and their fun immediately increased. In a short time, they boarded the Mid-Levels Pavilion. Looking around, I saw flowers blooming all over the mountain, with pleasant fragrance and petals fluttering like snow.
Ji Xiaolan said that most of the flowers on this mountain are apricot flowers. The name of Xiangshan comes from the fragrance of apricot flowers. In the Ming Dynasty, some people used "Snow in the Western Hills" to praise the pleasant sight of apricot flowers flying.

After Qianlong came to Xiangshan again, he always felt that the inscribed rocks were not pleasing to the eye. So he sent a big stone tablet, re-engraved the four characters of "Clear Snow in Xishan" and stood halfway up the mountain.
