Both Lu Ban and Mozi belong to the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. At the beginning, Lu Ban studied military affairs. Militarily, Mozi is mainly responsible for attack and defense. One hand has created a situation in which two people are opposed. There are countless inventions by Lu Ban, and now most of the hand tools used by carpenters are invented by Lu Ban.

At first, Luban made tools for the army, but because of a dispute with Mozi in the middle, he engaged in the manufacture of farm tools. Lu Ban is a native of Lu. He helped Chu make a plan to attack the Song Dynasty, thus creating a ladder. Mozi has always advocated peace. When he heard about it, he went to the state of Chu to persuade the king of Chu not to attack the state of Song. And finally overthrew Luban's idea. Lu Ban was so convinced of this situation that he only produced farm tools.

Both Lu Ban and Mozi have a good knowledge of handicrafts, but Mozi's specialty lies in his thoughts. He is the founder of Mohism. As far as mechanical manufacturing is concerned, he just studies more military tools. As for Lu Ban, he is a craftsman himself. As for his handicrafts, Lu Ban must be in front of Mozi.
