You need to have a Google account, usually registered by email, and the email is this user name.

Enter chrome://settings/ in Google browser to log in.

After logging in, you will see the Advanced Synchronization Settings button.

Click Advanced Synchronization Settings to select synchronized content in the pop-up page, one of which is history.

Note that the Google server is inaccessible in China and needs VPS service or proxy.
