"Captain" is Fan (original name) (1894- 1977), a native of Qinghe Township, Dazhu County, Sichuan Province. He was born in Paoge and joined the League in his early years. 1938 served as commander of Kuomintang Army 18, leading a heroic anti-Japanese army. In the late period of the Liberation War, Van Hale led the uprising and held an important position in New China./KLOC-0 died in Zhengzhou in 977.
