Which emperor in history made Beijing the first capital?
The first emperor of China, whose capital was Peking, was Kublai Khan of Yuan Shizu.

(1) Yan Qian Murong Jun was the first to call Beijing the "emperor".

In February of the second year of Yan Qian (350), Murong Jun, king of Yan Qian, took advantage of the civil strife in Houzhao and went south from Longcheng (now Chaoyang, Liaoning). In March, it was occupied and served as the former capital of Yan. Ancestral temples and palaces were built, and the old name of Yan Zhaowang Jieshi Palace was followed. At this point, Murong Jun still accepted the conferment of Jin Mu, so he was still a vassal.

In November of the first year of Yuanxi in Yan Qian (352), Murong Jun officially proclaimed himself emperor in Zhongshan, and established Yuanxi as the capital of the country. But five years later, Murong Jun moved to Yecheng (now Linzhang, Hebei). As the former capital and imperial capital of Rebecca, Ji Cheng has existed for 8 years.

Murong Jun was the first person to call the emperor on the ground in Beijing.
