1, faculty and staff
As for the teaching staff, as of June, 2022, the school has 1065 staff, including 730 full-time teachers.
Among the full-time teachers, 3 1.66% have senior titles, and among the self-owned full-time teachers, 97.95% have master's and doctoral degrees. There are 2 experts who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, 3 national outstanding teachers, 5 provincial famous teachers, 3 provincial teacher education experts, 4 academic and technical leaders of the Provincial Department of Education, 8 provincial outstanding teachers, 8 young backbone teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province and 3 teaching pacesetters in Henan Province.
There are seven offices, including the principal's office, expert professor's office, general party branch office, administrative office, teaching management office, student management office, general league branch office and student union office.
There are two professional teaching and research sections: law teaching and research section and history teaching and research section. It has 1 mock trial, 1 legal aid service center and other on-campus training platforms and off-campus practice bases.
2. Old professional teachers
History belongs to the School of Social Sciences of our school, and it is one of the earliest colleges established by Xinyang University.
At present, there are 36 teachers, including 5 professors (including 1 doctoral supervisor and master tutor), 4 associate professors and 5 doctors. More than 95% of teachers have master's and doctor's degrees. In addition to history, there is also a law major.
3. Teacher Salon
Our school also regularly organizes teachers' study and speech contests for young teachers. The teaching environment is also very good, and teachers teach more comfortably!
