Participated in the 20th XX Xuancheng People's Mediator Demonstration Seminar and the 13th Judicial Director Training Course held in Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. If you have a low level of listening when you get along with the parties, you can rarely reach the standard of "empathy"; In mediation, the notification procedure is very inadequate and so on.
Secondly, I saw the way forward. Today, people's mediation is more and more important. What qualities do you need as a qualified mediator? This training has pointed out the direction for me: first, we should master comprehensive legal knowledge and make all mediation based on law; Second, we should master the introductory psychological skills and apply them to people's mediation; Third, we must have professionalism and enthusiasm for work, be a good middleman, truthfully guide the parties to explain their true demands, reach a compromise under their true wishes, be impartial, and not bring personal likes and dislikes to work.
Finally, this training made me see the hope of people's mediation. Both the huge investment of the higher authorities in this people's mediation training and the enthusiastic sitcom performance of the students majoring in people's mediation fully reflect the fact that people's mediation is becoming more professional and international, and further strengthen our belief that people's mediation is promising.

Eight days of pre-job training for new employees ended in a blink of an eye. During this substantial eight-day training, I realized the difference between campus and society, felt the "temperature" of the company, met a group of outstanding and lovely colleagues, and gained a lot. On the first day of training, I was inspired by the personal feelings and suggestions of the leaders of the General Hospital, which made me think deeply about my future career planning. In addition, the course lectures of various management departments also made me know more about the structure and division of functions of general hospitals when I first entered the workplace.
In the eastern land, I spent two exciting and full of laughter and laughter with the members of the group. In the final team project design, although the work content is unfamiliar to me, I also actively participated in it. Although I will encounter setbacks and difficulties, the mutual help and brainstorming among team members have solved the problem and completed the project design successfully.
During these eight days of training, I gained a lot and realized my own shortcomings. There are many excellent people around us who are worth learning. They need to constantly enrich themselves in the professional field, broaden their horizons, and have a lot of room for development, and strive to become excellent. Fortunately, I can start my first job on the first-class comprehensive platform of Shanghai Architectural Engineering Design and Research Institute.
