Rules of weightlifting competition:

In weightlifting competition, there are two postures, namely, clean and jerk and snatch. The score is calculated by the sum of the two, but if one of them has no score, it will be disqualified.

There are three opportunities in the clean and jerk and snatch, and the players fill in their own weights. After catching the barbell, the referee decides whether the action is successful or not. If successful, raise the white flag or press the white light. If you don't succeed, raise the red flag or press the red light.

Athletes will start to weigh themselves two hours before the competition, lifting the lighter ones first and then the heavier ones. Rest for a minute and a half after each attempt.

After the successful attempt, add at least 1 kg each time, and judge the total score ranking with the highest total score in snatch and clean and jerk. If the results are the same, the lighter one wins; If the weight is the same, the winner of the first attempt will win.
