Let's not talk about Changyi, just Xuantao; Suoyin put it this way: Xiao Xuan is Di Ku's father. Case: Huangfu Mi and Zhong Song are both floating clouds, and Qingyang is Shao Hao. In this century, there is a saying that "Xuandao can't be in the mercy seat", so Tai Shigong means Qing Yang, not Shao Hao Ming. And this cloud "Xuantao is Qingyang" is a mistake. It is said that both of them are sons of the Yellow Emperor, and their names are tied together, so the former history mistook Xiao Xuan Qingyang for one ear. Zhong Song also said: "Xiao Xuan Qingyang is a founder of Shao Hao, following the Yellow Emperor, and history is not narrated, covering King Jinde of Shao Hao, so there are countless emperors."
The meaning of this passage is circuitous. I understand it this way: Huangfu Mi and Zhong Song both thought that Xuantao Qingyang was Shao Hao, but the history books later said that Xuantao could not be in office. Obviously, Sima Qian thinks Qingyang is not Shao Hao, because Sima Qian knows that Shao Hao is the heir of the Yellow Emperor (there is a conflict with Zhuan Xu's position below, and we will talk about it later); It should be a mistake to say that "Xuantao is Qingyang"; Perhaps it is because they are both sons of the Yellow Emperor, and their names are tied together, which makes previous historians mistakenly think that Xuantao and Qingyang are the same person; Zhong Song also said that Xiao Xuan Qing Yang was Shao Hao, who was made the son of heaven after the death of the Yellow Emperor, but it was not recorded in the history books, because Shao Hao took Jinde as the king, and the relationship with the Yellow Emperor's soil and morality did not reach the five-line arrangement, so the five emperors were not Shao Hao.
According to researches, Sima Qian thought Xuantao was Qingyang, not Shao Hao, so it was concluded that Xuantao could not be on the mercy seat. However, the author of Suoyin (Tang Sima Zhen) thinks that Huangdi and Lei Zushi have three sons. The eldest brother is Xuantao, Shao Hao who succeeded to the throne after the death of the Yellow Emperor. The second is Qingyang, and the third is Changyi. It may be that the names of the eldest brother and the second brother are arranged together, so the previous history books all think that Xuantao belongs to Qingyang.
Then, according to Suoyin, there are several mistakes in Historical Records: First, Huangdi and Leizu have three sons, not two; Second, Xuantao and Qingyang are two people, not the same person; Third, Xuanzang was Shao Hao, and later he succeeded the Yellow Emperor as the son of heaven. It is wrong to say that "Xuantao should not be on the mercy seat".
That's my understanding, but I'm not sure if Suo Yin means it. I need your advice.
