The State of Qin established Nan 'an County in the downtown area of Leshan City to "rule Tsing Yi and Jiang Hui", which means that Qingyi River and Minjiang River meet, belonging to Shu County, and moved to Shaanxi Province in large numbers and settled in Qingyi River Basin.
In the fifty-ninth year of Zhou Nanwang (the first 256 years), Li Bing organized the people of Leshan to dig Una out of the pile and open the Mahao River. Since then, the water shipping of Leshan Minjiang River and Dadu River has gradually developed.
During the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of Shu, made iron smelting weapons and tools in Tieshan, and the smelting scale and technology in Leshan reached an advanced level.
In the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties and the last years of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it was analyzed that Nan 'an set up a smelting county, focusing on the management of the rapidly developing iron smelting industry. During this period, more than 100,000 people originally living in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan entered Sichuan, and a large number of people lived in Leshan Qianwei Tieshan and Sanjiang Valley. Living life lasted for more than 200 years.
