1June, 942, the articles of association of the Central Trust Bureau were revised. Article 1 clearly stipulates: "The central bank shall, according to the instructions of the National Government, set up a special central trust bureau to operate trust business.

1947 on may 7, the national government promulgated the regulations of the central trust bureau, article 24; Article 1 clearly stipulates: "In order to implement national policies and handle special trust insurance savings business, the National Government shall set up a central trust bureau, which shall be supervised by the Ministry of Finance and handled in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance."

From 65438 to 0949, the National Government moved to Taibei, Taiwan Province Province, accompanied by the General Administration of the Central Trust Bureau.
