Tongxin County, which belongs to wuzhong of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is located at the junction of Ordos Platform and the northern part of Loess Plateau. Its center is located near 36 58 ′ 48 ″ north latitude and 65 438+005 54 ′ 24 ″ east longitude, with a total area of 4,433.34 square kilometers. Tongxin is a typical temperate continental climate. Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties are the land of Yongzhou. 1958, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was established, and Tongxin County is directly under the autonomous region. March 20 19 was listed as the first batch of revolutionary cultural relics protection and utilization counties. In March 2020, Tongxin County withdrew from the poverty-stricken county sequence. Yuhai County is the first county-level Hui autonomous government in the history of China, and it is a Hui community in the east of Haiyuan, Wang Yu. Shortly after the transfer of the Red Army, the Ma Hongkui Department restored Wang Yu County of the Kuomintang, moved its headquarters from Xiamaguan to Tongxin City (also known as Banjiao City), and changed Wang Yu County to Tongxin County.
