Compared with WISCO's original 4.3m small coke oven, the 7m coke oven has many advantages: the strength of coke is obviously improved, the crushing strength of coke M40 can be increased by 1% ~ 2%, and the wear resistance of coke M 1O can be increased by 0.20% ~ 0.6%; The 7-meter coke oven has a small surface area per ton of coke, which is beneficial to improve the thermal efficiency of the coke oven and reduce the coking heat consumption by 3 ~ 6 kg of standard coal/ton of coke. The frequency of pushing coke in 7-meter coke oven is reduced every day, and its sudden pollution is reduced by about 25%. Compared with the 4.3-meter coke oven, the 7-meter coke oven can also reduce dust emission by 200 tons per year.
