The 9th Congress of China * * * Production Party was held in Kunming on1October 25th, 165438. At the meeting, Secretary Qin Guangrong reviewed the work since the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, determined the guiding ideology, overall deployment and objectives and tasks of Yunnan's work in the next five years, and made comprehensive arrangements for Yunnan's economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and party building.
