It depends on which version the phone was restored from. If the mobile phone is restored from the Android 7.0 system to the original system version, it can be restored by Huawei mobile assistant when downloading, without subcontracting. Upon recovery, all personal data will be cleared. It is recommended to back up the data before recovery (click Backup in the desktop utility, create a new backup, and then back up the data to the SD card). Steps:

1: The mobile phone is connected to the computer USB, and the computer is authorized to manage the mobile phone. Click Agree in the pop-up box.

2. Click the "red dot" in the lower left corner and click Upgrade in the pop-up box to upgrade Huawei Mobile Assistant to the latest version 5.0. 1.300.

3: Click System Update, and click Switch to other versions in the pop-up interface.

4: Click Restore. After the data backup is completed, click Continue in the pop-up box and wait for the progress bar to complete.

Please note:

1. You must ensure that the mobile phone is currently the official version 5.0 of EMUI, and there is no unofficial version upgrade, unlocking and Root, otherwise there is a risk of unsuccessful rollback, which may lead to unknown problems.

2. Rollback will clear the data. It is recommended to back up all important data before rollback. Make sure the power is greater than 50%.

3. Before going back, upgrade Huawei Mobile Assistant to the latest version 5.0. 1.300.
