History of Harbin Brewery
1932 After Japan invaded Harbin, the beer industry in Harbin was monopolized by the Japanese. First, in 1934, Japan's Chijiu Changkang established Manchuria Beer Co., Ltd. in Harbin, and then in 1936, Tokyo's Dainippon Beer Co., Ltd. and Harbin Beer Co., Ltd. were established in Harbin, with Japanese Gao Qiao Town as the chairman. As soon as the company was established, it merged Manzhouli Beer Co., Ltd. and invested 700,000 yuan to build a brewery in Xiangfang. The following year, the factory was officially put into production, with an annual output of 654.38 million cases of beer. It was named Xiangfang Factory of Harbin Beer Co., Ltd. This new factory is now the former site of Harbin Beer. The product at that time was 1 1.5 degree Harbin beer (Japanese trademark) bottled beer. At the same time, it also produces draft beer packed in wooden barrels for the market. After the product went on the market, it had a great impact on the market. For example, Harbin brand (Russian trademark) and German stout were hit hard at that time, forcing other breweries to stop production and close down, and some merged into Xiangfang Brewery.

1945 after Japan surrendered, the workers of Xiangfang Brewery spontaneously organized a factory protection team to prevent the Japanese and puppet forces from destroying it. The Soviet army also sent a team of cavalry to the factory, which was completely preserved and handed over to Lin Qiu Co., Ltd. for operation. The factory was renamed Harbin Brewery of Lin Qiu Co., Ltd., and a large number of Soviet managers, sommeliers and workers entered the factory. The product was also renamed Red Star brand, and the draft beer barrel was printed with the Red Star logo.

After liberation, Harbin Municipal Government decided to nationalize Harbin Brewery, renamed it Harbin Industrial Corporation Brewery, and later renamed it Harbin Brewery. 1956, the only Qianjin Brewery (formerly known as Urublevscki Brewery) merged with Harbin Brewery, and the factory name was still Harbin Brewery. From then until the early 1980s, Harbin Brewery exclusively produced and supplied Harbin beer market. The produced 1 1 degree Harbin brand beer has continued to this day, and people are used to calling it Harbin white brand.

1978 The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party opened up a vast world for the development of the factory. The factory has been rebuilt and expanded to 1990 for many times, with an annual production capacity of 654.38+10,000 tons. It is one of the large beer enterprises in China. 130,000 tons of beer was produced in this factory in 1994 and150,000 tons in 1995, which still can't meet the market demand.

The factory currently has 65,438+0,454 employees, including 8 workshops in wheat making, beer brewing and packaging, Taijiali Draft Beer Co., Ltd. (producing beer), Harbin Beer Processing Co., Ltd. (producing 355 ml Harbin brand beer), and a beverage factory with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons.

The factory has international advanced beer production and testing equipment, including HNK beer packaging automatic line, fully automatic computer-controlled small malting and brewing equipment, SCABA automatic analysis and testing instrument, and all testing procedures are completed within 5 minutes.
