Only the backed-up photos can be restored. The specific operation method is as follows:

1. First, open the main interface of the mobile phone and click to enter the "Settings" option, as shown in the figure below. ?

2. In the setting interface, click the "Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes and App Store" options at the top, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then click to enter the "iCloud" option, as shown in the figure below.

4. After opening the iCloud interface, click to enter the "Photos" option, as shown below. ?

5. Then check the "Download and keep the original" option, as shown in the figure below.

6. Then return to the desktop of the mobile phone and click to enter the "Photo" option, as shown in the figure below.

7. Finally, you can view the previously deleted photos.
