The inspection and evaluation report of outstanding historical buildings shall include the following contents:

6. The historical evolution, use, maintenance and transformation of the house (the investigation of the historical evolution of the house should indicate the source of literature, and the investigation of the use, maintenance and transformation of the house should focus on finding out the difference between the existing building and the original building);

7, building structure drawings review and drawing;

8. Investigation and analysis of house load;

9. Test the mechanical properties of building structural materials;

10, housing settlement deformation detection;

12, requirements for the use of the back steps of the building, and structural transformation of the building;

13, structural calculation and analysis;

14, structural safety assessment, including structural safety, seismic structure and seismic calculation analysis without considering the earthquake;

16, list of testing units and testing personnel, signed by technical director and project director;

17, accessories (drawings, photos, etc. )
