1997 During the restructuring of Shougang Group, Shougang Electronics Company was transformed into Beijing Shougang Electronics Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned enterprise;

1999 Shougang reorganized its internal resources on the basis of Beijing Shougang Electronics Co., Ltd. to improve the concentration of high-tech industries and enhance market competitiveness, and established Beijing Shougang High-tech Co., Ltd.;

In 2005, in order to improve the automation information industry, Shougang integrated Beijing Shougang High-tech Co., Ltd. and Shougang Metrology Automation Company to establish Beijing Shougang Automation Information Technology Co., Ltd.; It marks that Shougang's automation information industry has entered a new era of leap-forward development.

In August 2008, Shouxin Company completed the industrial and commercial registration of the new company after the restructuring. It is registered in Shijingshan Park, Zhongguancun High-tech Park, Beijing, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan, of which 49% is contributed by state-owned capital and the total share capital is 5 1%.
