The area under its jurisdiction starts from the east wall of Tiantongyuan in the east, ends at the border of Dongxiaokou Village in Chen Ying Village in the west, ends at the border of Chaoyang District in Haidian in the south, and ends at Taipingzhuang Middle Street in the north. It manages 15 communities and 1 village (Chen Ying Village). Huo Ying Sub-district Office is temporarily located at No.207, Ping Huang Road, and its jurisdiction is east to Huoying village boundary, west to Huilongguan community, south to Huoyinglang village boundary and north to Huinan Road.
