In the eighth year of Chunyou in the Southern Song Dynasty, Song Ci was appointed as a bachelor of Mo Bao Pavilion, and was ordered to patrol the Fourth Road and take charge of the prison. The hearing is clear and the decision is decisive. The following year, he was promoted to bachelor of Huan Zhangge, magistrate of Guangzhou and minister of Guangdong.

He suddenly felt dizzy, but he still attended the ceremony of offering sacrifices to Confucius. From then on, I can't afford it. On the seventh day of March of the same year, he died at the official residence in Guangzhou at the age of 64. On July 15th of the following year, he was buried in Changmao Village, the ancestral home of the Song family in Jianyang County, Chongluoli (now Chongluoxiang).

The Early Experience of Song Ci;

Song Ci was born in Tongyou, Jianyang County, Fujian Province in the 13th year of Xiaozong in the Southern Song Dynasty. His ancestral home is Shunde County, Hebei Province, and his ancestors once moved to Jiande County, Zhejiang Province. In the Northern Song Dynasty, Song Shiqing, the great ancestor of Song Ci, moved to Jianyang from Jiande County, Zhejiang Province and lived here.

My father, Song Gong, is an official of Guangzhou Drug Rehabilitation Center (the official of the shogunate in charge of the prison), and his family is well-off.
