1949- 10 served as secretary, assistant professor, lecturer, associate professor and professor of the president's office in the Department of History of National Taiwan Province Provincial University. During my teaching in the university, I was rigorous and approachable. From 65438 to 0956, he went to Harvard University in the United States for further study and obtained a doctorate. After ten years of teaching, besides teaching at National Taiwan University, he also taught in Tongren, Fu Jen, Normal University, Chengda, Tamkang and other institutions of higher learning. He was also the dean of the School of Arts of Zhongxing University, and presided over the doctoral program of the Institute of History of Taiwan Province Provincial University and the research office of Qin and Han Dynasties. 1984 February 2 1 died in Taiwan Province Provincial University Hospital.
Fu Lecheng was unmarried all his life, living a daily life and lacking care. He can't afford a stroke just after middle age. In his later years, he was sickly, lonely and homesick, and often showed his nostalgia for his hometown and his expectation for the early reunification of the motherland. Before his death, he asked his relatives and friends to bury his ashes with his late father in the original place of Liaocheng. After his death, Taiwan Province Provincial University, Zhongxing University and Taiwan Province Historical Society jointly held a grand memorial service for him and established the "Professor Fu Lecheng Scholarship". Taiwan Province Provincial University renamed the "Qin and Han History Research Laboratory" which it presided over before his death as "Professor Fu Lecheng Memorial Research Laboratory".
