Core journals include all core databases in a large scope, such as SCI and EI abroad, Chinese core and statistical sources in China, and Chinese core in a small scope. Although this core is not the most authoritative in China, it is the most popular, so that the core journal has become synonymous with it. Some people even mistakenly think that core journals are only the core of Peking University. It is assumed that cssci is cited by C journals, which is the assumption of core journals.
