Qinghai Qingshui refers to the local folk style ornaments in Tibet. In the long history, Tibetans have polished the totem worship of their ancestors: Tibetan ornaments through the unique corals, agates, yak bones, Tibetan silver and Tibetan copper in Tibetan areas.
Taqing refers to a kind of black sapphire produced in Tajik Autonomous County of Tashkurgan, Xinjiang, which belongs to Hetian jade. Because Tashkurgan County is called "Ta County" for short, the black sapphire produced here is called "Ta County jet" for short, also called Ta Qing. Qinghai Qingshui is made of natural stones, corals, animal bones and silver. The main raw materials of Tibetan ornaments are these plain materials, but the rough appearance has exquisite connotation. Tiny patterns, carvings and inlays all cleverly constitute the design style of Tibetan ornaments, which exudes a strong antique and earthy atmosphere.
