SAT (Academic Assessment Test) is an American test. American universities will require applicants to issue SAT scores when enrolling students. It can also be said that it is a standardized exam used in American universities. The examination time is 3 hours and 45 minutes, and the questions are mainly multiple-choice questions. The people who take the SAT are basically high school students. SAT, also known as SAT I, is different from SAT 2 (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and other subjects). Most prestigious schools also require applicants to provide SAT 2 scores.
1.sat Ⅰ Ⅰ: Inference test

The main purpose is to prevent candidates from plagiarism and other bad behaviors in the examination room.
In addition, the new SAT test also includes an experimental part, but this part is not scored and the test time is 25 minutes. This part may be a multiple-choice part of reading, mathematics or composition. The purpose of the exam is only an investigation conducted by ETS to design future test questions to improve itself, and it is not included in the final score. Don't worry.
2.SAT: subject test
The exam lasts for one hour, with a full score of 800 points in each subject, most of which are multiple-choice questions, mainly to examine the candidates' mastery of a certain professional knowledge, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, English literature, American history, world history, foreign languages and other subjects. Some schools will designate SATⅱII II test subjects, while others allow applicants to choose their own subjects. Applicants need to know the specific requirements in the school official website.

Content and selection of examination subjects:
English: The examination of literature subjects focuses on students' historical understanding of British and American literature and European literature, as well as their understanding and application of poetry, prose and drama. For senior high school students in China, there is a relative lack of literature knowledge in Britain, America and Europe, and their understanding of poetry and prose is far less than that of American students. So this subject is more difficult, and we generally don't recommend it.
History class:
1. American history-The exam focuses on students' understanding of American history since Columbus discovered America, as well as social, political and economic changes. For domestic high school students, this subject is relatively difficult, so it is generally not recommended to choose.
2. World History-The exam focuses on students' understanding of the whole world history. For domestic high school students, if they are good at English and are familiar with world history, they can consider choosing it, but this subject is not available every exam time. We generally don't recommend choosing.
Math class:
1. Math 1-The content of the exam involves the mathematics knowledge learned in the first three years of entering the university, including algebra for two years and geometry for1year. You can take a calculator with you during the exam. This course is relatively simple, and there are many students from China. Moreover, China students have great advantages in mathematics, and most of them can get high scores or even full marks. So we generally suggest that students can choose this subject.
2. Math 2- The content of the exam involves the math knowledge you have studied for more than three years before entering the university, including algebra for two years and geometry for 1 year, elementary preparatory calculus knowledge or trigonometry. You can take a calculator with you during the exam. This subject is more difficult than math 1. Candidates with excellent math scores and solid basic knowledge can also choose.
Natural science category
1. Biology-The content of the exam focuses on students' knowledge in ecology-Biology E or Molecular Biology M. The exam questions of this subject include 60 multiple-choice questions in general biology and 20 multiple-choice questions in special biology, namely Ecological Biology E or Molecular Biology M. For special parts, students can choose E or M on the answer sheet on the day of the exam. This course is relatively simple for China students, and it is generally recommended to choose.
2. Chemistry-the content of the exam involves all the chemical knowledge learned before entering the university. This subject is also a good choice for China students.
3. Physics-The content of the exam involves all the physical knowledge learned before entering the university. This subject is also a good choice for China students.
Language: Language test is usually called foreign language test. First of all, the language you choose in the exam must be your second or foreign language. If it is your own mother tongue, you can't choose it. Secondly, some subjects include listening test. Students can choose any test with or without listening test, and the test with listening test will get an extra score of 20-80 points. Thirdly, language testing generally recommends candidates who have studied the language for more than two years and have good knowledge and application ability to apply for the exam. For China students, few people choose the language test. If there are students who have studied other foreign languages for a long time and achieved excellent results, they can consider it.
★ For the listening part of the exam, students are required to have a CD player with headphones.
★ Candidates can only choose one listening subject in each exam.
★ Candidates whose mother tongue is Chinese cannot choose Chinese.
