1. Select "Help (H)- User Support" in the Evernote client, and click to enter the corresponding webpage.
2. After the ordinary user logs into the Evernote account, click the "Get Help" button on the right in the figure.
3. Make corresponding choices and fill in the text on the page, and finally click Submit.
4. After submission, a corresponding prompt will appear, and the question will have a unique request number. You can check the email of system recovery in the email registered with Evernote, and then wait for customer service to solve it. Usually, the solution is to upgrade your account to a one-week premium account for free.
5. If you get a premium account, you can enjoy the "history" function of premium users. Click the help link in the reply email of Evernote customer service as shown in the figure to enter the corresponding page.
6. Follow the help instructions on the page and enter the web version to operate. The following figure shows the "post-it history" after the Note 1' with only the title was deleted by mistake. Select the corresponding version to preview, find the desired version of Note 1, export it to the local area, and then return to the Evernote client to import notes.
