German song (German: Das Deutschlandlied) or German song (Das Lied der Deutschen) is the current national anthem of the Federal Republic of Germany. The score was composed by the famous classical musician Haydn in 1797, and was later named Ode to the Emperor, the national anthem of Austria-Hungary (God Save My Emperor Franz). The lyrics of the German version were written by the liberal poet Professor Auguste H.H. von fellers Leiben (1798-1874) on the evening of August 26th. 184 1. 1922 All the lyrics were first designated as the German national anthem by friedrich ebert, the first president of Weimar Republic. During Nazi Germany, the first paragraph received special attention.
After World War II 1952, in a communication between the Federal Presidential Palace and Federal Chancellor Adenauer, the West German government decided that this song was the national anthem. However, except for the third paragraph, which is unified, legal and free (German), the rest paragraphs may be controversial and have not been adopted as official lyrics. 19 August 19, Federal President weizsacker and Federal Chancellor Kohl confirmed the traditional significance of "Song of Germany" to the unified Germany. Song of Germany was officially recognized as the national anthem after the reunification of Germany. This song is often called "virtue is above everything else" in the first lyrics, but it has never been officially named.
At the same time after World War II, the national anthem of the German Democratic Republic (East Germany) rose from the ruins. 1990 Germany was unified, only the third group of lyrics was unified, and the rule of law and freedom were recognized as the unified national anthem of the Republic. However, unity, rule of law and freedom are only the national norms of West Germany, not Germany.
