First of all, schools

The school is located at No.666 Shuangfeng 4th Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, covering an area of 68.7 mu and a building area of 50,000 square meters. The junior high school was completed on September 20 18 1 8, and the senior high school was enrolled for the first time in June 2022. The school can accommodate 48 classes from junior high school to senior high school, with about 40 students in each class.

By the end of 2020, there were 26 classes in junior middle school 1 134 students and 105 teachers, with full-time undergraduate education 100%, of which 40% were graduate students, 22 were middle and senior teachers, and 10 were excellent teachers at district level and above.

Second, the background

It is the first batch of "pilot high schools" in Chengdu and a first-class demonstration ordinary high school in Sichuan Province. In 20 14, it was awarded as "China Centennial Famous School". The school was founded in 1908, and originated from the affiliated middle school of Sichuan Senior High School (the predecessor of Sichuan University). In 2003, Chengdu No.29 Middle School merged to restore the name of the middle school affiliated to Sichuan University (and continue to use the name of Chengdu No.12 Middle School).

20 18, a hundred years later, Sichuan vomited new buds. With the strong support of Wuhou District Party Committee and District Government, and using the superior resources of Sichuan University High School again, a new group member school with high investment, high school building standards and high school quality was planned and built in the riverside of Jiang 'an, Jinhua District, Wuhou.
