Text:
Drugs and AIDS have become familiar words for all of us. "Drug", a terrible term, will fall into its clutches if you are not careful. How many fresh lives, lured by its enchanting appearance, have since embarked on the road of no return.
Since 1980s, drug abuse has become increasingly rampant and drug smuggling has become increasingly serious worldwide. Faced with this form of prohibition, from June 1987 to June 26th1August, the United Nations held a ministerial conference on drug abuse and illegal trafficking in Vienna, attended by more than 3,000 representatives from 138 countries.
The conference put forward the slogan of "love life, don't take drugs", and the delegates unanimously agreed to designate June 26th as "International Anti-drug Day" every year, so as to arouse the attention of countries all over the world to the drug problem and call on people all over the world to work together to resist the harm of drugs.
This year ushered in the annual "International Anti-Drug Day". This year is the 17 year of the anti-drug struggle. The theme of this year's anti-drug campaign is "Resist drugs and participate in drug control". Let's join hands and declare war on drugs together.
In order to welcome the "6.26 Anti-drug Day", our school held a special report meeting, and specially invited an instructor and students from the drug rehabilitation center to give their lives for us.
That student is a teenage girl, but she has been devastated by drugs. Every day, she is fighting with the terrible drug demon, and her legs are riddled with holes under the attack of the drug demon. Every time I see a girl her age walking confidently in the street in a beautiful skirt, she feels very sad, because it is impossible to show her legs that have been "kissed" by a poisonous demon. She can no longer live like a normal person. When she walked in the street, she felt different, and all this pain was because she accepted the invitation of the poisonous demon.
In her self-report, we know how much she regrets her ignorance. She hopes to use her personal experience to warn us, let us know the harm of drugs, and let us know that everything in this world except family has to pay a price.
Students, think about it. A teenage girl, far away from school and relatives, entered the drug rehabilitation center for the second time. She endured physical and mental pain alone in four high walls and lost her freedom ... It was an unimaginable hell life, so we should stay away from this hateful poison and cherish life.
Finally, I sincerely hope that this girl can quit drug addiction and start over, and return to her family and life. I think she will be free one day.
"Stop drugs and AIDS, stay away from drugs and care for the future" is not only a simple slogan, but also a wake-up call. It keeps ringing in your ears. Remind you of the hidden dangers after those colorful pills, and help you get to know life again. Friends, may these words always reverberate in your hearts, put an end to drugs forever outside our doors of truth, goodness and beauty, and strive for our ideals.
