Xiaotangshan Hot Spring, located in Dongxiaotangshan Town, Changping District, Beijing, is the first of the top ten hot springs in China. Xiaotangshan hot spring is exposed in the limestone fissure of Wumishan Formation in Proterozoic, and the water temperature is mostly between 40℃ and 60℃, and the highest can reach 76℃.

Hot spring water contains many minerals and trace elements. The appearance is light yellow and clear, and the water quality is sweet. It contains strontium, lithium, selenium, metasilicic acid and other mineral elements related to human physiological functions.

2. Tangshan Hot Springs:

Tangshan was called "hot spring" in ancient times, with a history of 1500 years. Thousands of years ago, Tangshan Hot Spring was named Royal Hot Spring during Liang Xiao's reign in the Southern Dynasties. Since the Southern Dynasties, dignitaries and scholars have come here to visit and bathe, and were named "Holy Spring" by the emperor during the Xiao Liang period in the Southern and Northern Dynasties.

3. Tang Huaqing Palace:

Tang Huaqing Palace is located in Lintong District, Xi, Shaanxi Province. Legend has it that as far back as 3000 years ago in the Western Zhou Dynasty, it has become a paradise for the emperors of the Zhou Dynasty. At that time, the hot spring was named "Star Soup". In the second year, Tang Gaozong Xianheng was renamed as Hot Spring Palace (67 1). In the sixth year of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty (747), the Hot Spring Palace was renamed Huaqing Palace.

4. Bantang Hot Spring:

Bantang Hot Spring is located at the foot of Tangshan, Bantang Town, Chaohu City, Anhui Province. According to "Geography of Sui Shu", Xiang 'an County (governing Xiang 'an Town in Wuwei County today, which is divided into ancient houses' nests) has a semi-Yangshan Mountain, where there are soup fields and two hot springs with large flow, which are less than 1,000 meters apart. One is a cold spring, and the other is a hot spring. The two springs meet, and the hot and cold are equally divided. People marvel at the magic of this spring, so they call it "half soup".

5. Dalian Anbo Hot Spring:

Dalian Anbo Hot Spring Resort is located in Anbo Town, Pulandian District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, 50 kilometers away from Dalian/KLOC-0. There are two hot springs, Amber and Jiantang. The spring water is colorless and transparent, with a slight taste of argon sulfide, and it is rich in water, with a daily water supply of 8,000 tons. The highest water temperature is 73 degrees Celsius, which contains more than 20 kinds of minerals beneficial to human body. It has the miraculous effect of strengthening the body and prolonging life, and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad, and is also called "the first in Asia".
