What is the real Cao Cao like in history?
1. In troubled times, Cao Cao actively pursued the realization of personal ambition and self-transcendence, in order to finally gain a complete sense of superiority. As for the cover-up of self, Cao Cao believes that "it is better to die than to die" because he has a lot of inferiority and insecurity about himself. This makes him extremely cruel, often suspicious of others, complex and unpredictable. In other words, the disharmony of character is Cao Cao's tragedy.

Cao Cao was the prime minister of the Eastern Han Dynasty before his death, then Wang Wei, and after his death, posthumous title became King Wu. After his son Cao Pi proclaimed himself emperor, he was honored as Emperor Wu, with the temple name Mao.
