Wuzhen is located at the northern end of Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, bordering Huzhou City in the west and Wujiang County in Jiangsu Province in the north. It is the junction of two provinces and three cities.
There is a county-level highway Yaozhen line running through the town, which can be connected with provincial salt lake highway, 320 national highway, 3 18 highway and Shanghai-Hangzhou expressway via Yaozhen highway.
