The new-democratic revolution is the necessary preparation for the socialist revolution, which is the inevitable trend of the new-democratic revolution. Only by recognizing the difference between the democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and the relationship between them, can we lead the China revolution correctly. China's new-democratic revolution is a bourgeois-democratic revolution led by the proletariat, not a socialist revolution.
During the new-democratic revolution, the fundamental task of China people is to realize the independence of the country and the nation, overthrow the rule of feudal landlords and bureaucratic capital, and embark on the road of democratic development. The socialist revolution requires the elimination of the bourgeoisie and the transformation of relations of production, which cannot be realized during the period of the new-democratic revolution.
