Zhungeer Banner, formerly known as Ordos Zuoqian Banner, means "left wing" in Mongolian and Chinese. It is a flag under the jurisdiction of Erdos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. It is located at the junction of Shanxi, Shaanxi and Mongolia, in the east of Ordos City. The flag boundary is116.5km long from north to south and115.2km wide from east to west.

By the end of 2022, Zhungeer Banner had jurisdiction over 7 towns, 2 townships 1 Sumu and 4 sub-district offices with a permanent population of 364,700.

Zhungeer Banner is located in the southeast of Ordos Plateau, with an average elevation of 1, 202.3 meters. The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with a slight uplift in the middle, and the eastern edge is inclined as the basin edge.
