Peng Zu is the most famous long-lived old man in the history of China, Peng Zu. Everyone knows that Peng Zu lived 800 years.

Peng Zu is the great-grandson of Zhuan Xu, one of the five ancient emperors. He experienced three generations of Yao and Shun, Xia and Shang, and was 767 years old when he arrived in Zhou Wang and Yin and Shang. According to legend, he lived over 800 years old, but there are two theories about Peng Zu's over 800 years old.

There is a saying that Peng Zu was born in Pengshan, Sichuan. There is a popular dating method of "Xiaojiazi" in Pengshan area, that is, 60 days is a year. According to the records on bamboo slips unearthed from Confucius' tomb, there was indeed a saying that 60 days was one year old in ancient times. If converted in this way, Peng Zu should have lived 130 years. There is also a saying that Peng Zu is the ancestor of Peng, Dapeng lived through the summer crisis, Shang Dynasty was a servant, and Wu Ding was destroyed. It is the big Peng country that has existed for more than 800 years.

In the Annals of Yongtai County compiled by Jun Chen in the 13th year of Qianlong, Chen Junsheng lived for 443 years in the middle of Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty (88 1 year) and died in Taiding period of Yuan Dynasty (1324 year).

According to the county annals, Jun Chen is an expert doctor. He came to Tangquan Village, Yongtai County, where he found beautiful scenery and dense hot springs, so he stayed. Jun Chen is a charitable man, and he is respected by the local people. Because Jun Chen lived too long, all his descendants died and he was still alive. In the end, there was none left. History records: "None of the descendants survived, and the villagers took turns to support them."

Chen Jun is getting older and older, his physical function is gradually declining, and his whole body is gradually shrinking. By the time he is over 300 years old, he will be basically like a child. By the time he was over 400 years old, his weight was only 10 Jin. In order to take care of him conveniently, the villagers made him a bamboo basket and put him in it. Later generations called him "the vegetable basket man".

In A.D. 1324, after Jun Chen's death, the villagers built a Tangquan Temple for him, calling it Little Peng Zu, and recorded his deeds on the Xiao Mu card. Until now, the legend of this long-lived old man in Yongtai County is still the talk of residents after dinner!

Li Qingyuan, also known as Li Qingyun, was born in Chongqing, Sichuan Province. He is an expert in Chinese herbal medicine and qigong. According to legend, he was born in the 16th year of Kangxi (1677), died in 1933, and lived for 256 years.

There are many theories about the origin of Li Qingyun. About twenty-five years ago (1820), Li Qingyun came to Chenjiachang, Kaixian County alone. He is not from Kaixian county. When he came to Kaixian, he claimed to be 150 years old and looked about 50 years old. Li is burly, bald and muscular. Usually quiet, never talk about irrelevant words.

In the Republic of China 16 (1927), Li Qingyun was invited by the Sichuan warlord Yang Sen to teach the way of keeping in good health in Wanxian County. Yang Sen specially asked the photo studio to take a photo of Li Qingyun, and then enlarged the photo and displayed it in the window, with the words "Wanzhou was taken in the spring and March of the Republic of China/kloc-6, and Li Qingyun Xiaoxiang, who was from Kaixian County, was 250 years old".

The New York Times and Time magazine reported on him. Liu Chengxun, a native of Kaixian County, published an article in Qigong magazine 65438-0986 about his visit to Li Qingyun, a 256-year-old man.

Several people in China live a long life. For example, Zhang Sanfeng lived to be 265,438+07 years old, Master Zhao Hui, a monk in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, lived to be 290 years old, Leng Qian, a Wulin in the Ming Dynasty, lived to be 65,438+039 years old, and Jiang Ziya in the Zhou Dynasty lived to be 65,438+065,438+.

The oldest person on record is French Jeanne Karls Gate, who lived 1.23 years, exceeding the theoretical life span of 1.20 years. China people have been pursuing longevity for a long time, and the longevity of Li Qingyun and Jun Chen may be exaggerated by local people for some purpose. This kind of thing can only be "different people have different opinions"!
