Fan training experience report
In our earnest listening, our long-awaited training and study rang the bell of the end in our disappointment. I think I can only use these four words to describe the training courses these days. I was deeply impressed by the teachers' rich blog posts, vivid explanations and wonderful cases. I only hate my poor knowledge and poor writing, and I can't write all my feelings on paper through words. But I still try my best to rack my brains and pray that I can express what I think and gain after training.
The main experience of this wonderful training and study is as follows:
First, let yourself know more about Lianyuan Iron and Steel, understand the steelmaking process, and understand the scale and organizational structure of Lianyuan Iron and Steel.
I think I really should be ashamed. Although I grew up in Lian Gang, I really don't know much about Lian Gang. I have a little knowledge of Lianyuan iron and steel's history, output, scale, various experiences and even the casting technology of iron and steel. Through this training and study, I finally know that the older generation of workers in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Company has developed from a small steel plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons in 1958 to a large steel plant with an annual output of 4.5 million tons (excluding other companies in the group). After 50 years, it is still developing vigorously and won many national awards. But also know the technological process of steelmaking, and know that steelmaking has gone through many central links and overcome many difficulties since coking and sintering. Finally, the steel we need is produced by rolling mill. And I know that the organizational structure of Lianyuan Iron and Steel is very complicated, and we can't digest it for a while, but I think it will be clear soon in our future work. In order to develop better in Lianyuan Steel, I think we should also take the initiative to understand these.
Secondly, I learned more about production safety, traffic safety and fire safety.
This training and study has spent a large part of time learning the knowledge of safe production, traffic safety and fire safety, because safety is something that people attach great importance to, and people usually put safety first, which is what we often say. Safety comes first.
Although I have also learned some safety things and participated in fire drills and other activities, it is not so systematic and I have contacted my future jobs for training. Through this training and study, I learned a lot of factors that will lead to unsafe accidents in Lianyuan Steel, and some even reached the level of terror. This time, we learned how to prevent, avoid and put an end to it in order to protect ourselves at work in the future. For traffic and fire fighting, I have learned a lot about traffic and fire fighting, so that we can stay away from danger better in the future. Resolutely implement the safety production policy of safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management in China.
Third, I learned a lot of manners and self-cultivation.
This training has also been specially arranged for one morning to train us in manners and self-cultivation. In this class, I learned how to give full play to my emotional intelligence and handle the relationship with others. How to make your future words and deeds more quality and self-cultivation? Let yourself be mature and steady in dealing with people.
Finally, the training center invited management representatives and workers' representatives of the company.
Gave us a wonderful speech, telling us how to work well in Lian Gang in the future. Mainly rely on their own intelligence, hard work, serious and rigorous attitude, so as to slowly hone themselves in the work and grow themselves.
Learning is valuable and training is wonderful. Through this precious and wonderful training and study, we have taken another step towards Lianyuan Steel. According to the unified arrangement of the company, I participated in the training course for middle-level cadres held by the company. After a week's training and study, under the instruction and guidance of the teacher, I learned the recent "three evils" documents of the group company and the company, learned the knowledge of quality management, safety management, production management, etc., and learned that the focus of recent work is the harm of product quality, safe production and delay in construction period, which broadened my horizons and laid the foundation for better work in the future.
