Shi Li (960- 1004), the queen of Mingde, was born in Shangdang, Luzhou (now Changzhi, Shanxi), the third queen of Zhao Guangyi, and the second daughter of Li Chuyun, the founding father of the Song Dynasty.
After he ascended the throne, Li was honored as the Empress Dowager and lived in the Jiaqing Hall of Xigong. Zhenzong was very filial to Li Taihou and built an Wan 'an Palace for her. When Li Taihou was ill, Zhenzong personally adjusted the bait. Li Taihou was seriously ill, and Zhenzong even burst into tears, and offered many rewards to famous folk doctors. On March 15th, the first year of Jingdezhen (1004), Li Taihou collapsed in Wan 'an Palace. He was forty-five years old and was buried in Mingde, posthumous title.
